Wolfmother is an Australian hard rock band from Erskineville, Sydney. The band consists of Andrew Stockdale (vocals/guitar), Chris Ross (bass/keyboards) and Myles Heskett (drums). With their debut LP, the trio is ready to unleash the full scope of their aggressive, melodic songwriting and vintage classic rock sound. The band achieved a record breaking six songs in the influential 2005 Triple J Hottest 100, with "Mind's Eye" their highest entry at #6. This LP comes on the heat of a critically-acclaimed and buzz-building EP, Dimensions. Wolfmother is the product of a supercharged band already making music of epic proportions. The response to the band has been almost unprecedented after performing "Woman" on all three late night shows.
