General Freezing
Please e-mail mailto:customerservice@2ksports.com with full details on your issue. This would include game, teams, the traded players, and if you have edited any players (and the amount of edits). Please make sure to delete your cache and save files if possible.
Music Submissions

In the e-mail, please state what game you're interested in, state what portion (master/synch/both) you own, and to include a mailing address, email, fax, and telephone number. A submission does not guarantee use.
Syncing Controllers on Nintendo Wii
You have to synch up the controllers with the console. Open up the flap under the CD insert on the Wii and the battery pack on the controller. You should see a red button on both. Clicking on both of these simultaneously will sync up the system and console. Then go to the exhibition game menu and navigate through.

Finding PS3 Web Key for 2K Sports Community Profile
The "Web Key" can be found in the game in the online menu system. Go to the online menu -> online features -> 2Ksports.com key. Plug that key in.
Online League Draft Time Incorrect
Please make sure the league admin has their XBOX clock set appropriately and updating correctly for Daylight Savings. The Draft Time is set locally on the admin’s system.

Deleting your Cache
Here’s how you delete your cache. Be warned you’ll lose all patch updates, but you can easily get them back by connecting to the Internet and booting up each game that has had an update. Here’s how you do it:
1) Turn on your Xbox 360.
2) Scroll across to the system tab and select the storage devices option.
3) Highlight the hard drive or memory unit option (it should say "Hard Drive, 12 GB free", for example).
4) (On NXE) Press Y for "Drive options".
5) Enter the following button sequence: X, X, LB, RB, X, X. The following message should appear: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"
6) Select "Yes".
7) Restart your console. You have now cleared your hard drive cache and your Xbox 360 should run faster and have improved game-play on certain games
Two different human users in Franchise Mode not simulating
The games have to be played in order. So if both of their user-controlled teams have a game on the same day, they need to look on the schedule and see whose is first and play that one before the other one. Once a game is played, all other games that day scheduled before it are simulated. This is no longer the case for NHL 2K10.
Downloading a Game Update
Connect your console online. You can set-up either a free Silver or paid Gold gamertag from your XBOX Dashboard by clicking on Sign up to XBOX Live or go to this link and follow the direction: https://live.xbox.com/en-US/signup/GamerCard.aspx?Check=true. Re-boot your game with the disc in the console, and you will be prompted with a status bar to update the game.
