NHL 2K9 Team 2K Contest

Team 2K is a weekly competition 2K Sports is hosting in NHL 2K9. The competition begins September 9, 2008 -- the day NHL 2K9 ships -- and runs for 10 weeks until midnight on November 16, 2008.

To participate in the Team 2K competition you simply have to play Ranked Quick Match games. during these 10 weeks. When you start up your Xbox 360 or PLAYSTATION 3 game and sign online using your XBOX LIVE or the PlayStation Network account, you'll automatically land on the Team 2K screen. This screen serves as the hub of the competition, and is where you'll find your current ranking in the competition and a list of the previous weekly winners. You can also keep track of all the Team 2K action right here at www.2ksports.com/team2k.

Competition Overview:

• To participate in the Team 2K competition you simply have to play Ranked Quick Match games.
• The competition will run for 10 weeks, where we will award 10 winners (one per week) from the Xbox 360 leaderboard and 10 winners (one per week) from the PLAYSTATION 3 leaderboard.
• At the end of each week the user at the top of the Team 2K Leaderboard will be named the winner for that week. Watch the countdown timer on the Team 2K website and in-game screen to make sure to get in your games before the end of the week!
• Prizes include:
  • Winners will be added to the Team 2K roster to be included in NHL 2K10.
  • Selection of 2K gear
  • Copies of three upcoming 2K10 titles
