You will be missed not only in this new edition, but in real life under your real name.

Cory Lidle.
So you a Cory Lidle fan? Hard to believe anyone actually followed his career, given he wasn't a great pitcher and all.

not only that but first of all how do you know that he and felix berger are the same person and secondly why would you wait until now to say something about it? Oh well I guess it gives us something to read and wonder about in the new forum

I wonder why anyone would say anything at all. I suppose sentiment is one thing, but I can't really say 'he will be missed' as far as his MLB career was concerned.

I was never a Cory Lidle fan, neither was I a Daryl Kile fan, but I mean, the guy still died, and I am paying respect.

everyone who has followed the 2k series knows that Felix Berger was Cory Lidle....

And why would i mention him being Felix Berger in the MLB section? This is relating to the new game, and the fact he obviously wont be in it anymore.

This is a terrible thing to say and I honestly mean no disrespect but at least we don't have to edit a player to be Cory Lidle in the game anymore.

That is a terrible thing to say, and edit a new player? You just had to change the name.

I'm sorry I didn't put two and two together and realize that Felix Berger was his in the game name. If I would have thought about it a little longer I would have probably gotten it. I thought that you were saying that Cory Lidle used to post on here under the name Felix Berger

That's fine, which is why I mentioned sentiment. I just don't understand that sort of thing when it comes to celebrities and sports figures and whoever. If it was someone I knew personally, sure, or soldiers killled in war perhaps.

Too bad Joe Young will still be in the game.

Now there's an epitaph I could get into: So long Joe Young - good riddance, and take your lying @zz and chemically-inflated HR totals with you. You definitely will not be missed.

Exactly my thoughts.
