be in a Pirate uniform for this game?
They made a trade last night
Mike Gonzalez of the Pirates for Adam Laroche for the Braves.
Is it too late? Can they still do that?

most likely not, the roster cutoff date was probably the beginning of January, but if you have live then you can get a roster update.

Will they be providing roster updates often? Changing player ratings too?

Expect it in a roster update, though (along with Craig Wilson to Atlanta).

How do you know this? December is a reallly really dumb time to do that.
I wonder if McCarthy is still on the WhiteSox.

I know this because of the release date of the game along with the fact that they need time to develop the demo along with their production for 2K8 beginning in a couple of weeks along with their history of cut-off dates relevant to their release dates along with their history of game production schedules relevant to those of years past.
