That really was a great feature, but I doubt they will bring it back.

This is another example of something gamers want, but we seem to be ignored. I think in-game saves are particularly important in baseball games since they can go on forever.
Where are the 2kSports forum administrators and marketing representatives? Shouldn't they be listening to the suggestions/complaints that fans are making in these forums?
I'm as excited as everyone else about baseball season coming up, but I'm worried that we're all in for a significant disappointment. My biggest concern is that they'll have fixed all of last year's problems without adding anything innovative and new for this year. Where will that get us - with a "fixed" version of last year's game...not too appealing.
So...co-op play, expansion team mode, owner mode, mini-games or in-season practices, and now in-game saves. Why aren't these being included in the game? (If there are legitimate reasons, it wouldn't be too hard to come onto these forums and (1) keep people from getting their hopes up by setting the record straight and (2) explaining why these game additions are not being considered for the current year's game.)
I guess we'll see if anyone is listening...

You could save a game in the middle of it in 2k6.

I am pretty sure ChunkyMonkey is right that you could save mid game last year, but I can tell everyone right now that the answer to all esmeet's questions will be "with 2k coming out with 2 baseball games, we didnt have enough time for that. Expect in in 2008!"
erase the first part of the sentence, and change the last sentence to 2007, and that was an answer to a majority of last years questions, including mine asking about Co-op play.
