Is there anyone online who does not press the whole game, I mean I throw my press in a couple possessions but the whole game how many teams play like that. I guess this is partly 2ks fault it was same thing last year. My simple resolution would be a better fatigue system this is supposed to be sim bball, lets faced if a team pressed the whole game they would need lungs like a race horse. players should tire quicker when they press just like real life. One thing why is online games on all american i mean come on here we are supposed to be gamers if i wanted to dunk and shoot 3s all game i would play nba jam. I mean all american difficulty is 2 easy i would like a challenge you cant even play man 2 man defense thats absurd. Offline I play on mop with special sliders to make gm as realistic as possible. but in the end 2k has the power to stop cheesers its time something be done.

people like you crack me up. all people do is shoot threes and dunk huh? so what you are mad about is lack of midrange jumpshot action? a 3 point shot makes more sense than a mid range shot if you really think about it. i will take whatever i am given. if you can't guard the dunk, prepare to get posterized. if im nailing my 3 point shots, prepare to get 60 dropped on you. instead of whining why don't you just get better or quit playing. i take plenty of jumpshots but only when i feel like it.

ok, one, a DUNK is a VERY high percentage shot so if i have the oppoturnity to dunk the entire game and shoot 90 % from the field, u better believe i'm going to do it. and if my opponent is going to take away my post game, i'll rain 3's on them, sounds like someone can't defend either the dunk or the 3 pointer

ya believe me about the press man,,,,,this is wat i do,,,,,just listen.....play a fair game at the start,,,,but if the other guys presses me, i garuntee i know how to do it better than him,,k, and one more thing,,,,the press is not hard tobreak,,,,idk how many people have to tell u people....MAKE SHORT PASSES AND DONT TRY AND TAKE IT UP WITH 1 PLAYER...IT REALLY ISNT THAT HARD TO BREAK THE PRESS, AND WHEN U DO ITS EASY AS HELL

It boils down to the fact that some people want to win at all costs. Some people want the experience of playing game that feels like the real thing. Cheesers only care about winning. Others like to win but don't mind losing if they just got outplayed realistically. It's about your mentallity.

What kind of press are you talking about? If you're meaning any of the trapping ones, you can take it up the court with one player. At least on ps3. Simply, you just weave in and out near the middle of the court, don't go to the sides. So you go in one direction then use the protect ball button to cross over to the other hand then go the other direction, keep zagging and if yo uget some daylight turbo out of there. I've gotten pretty good at breaking the press, but of course you need a good point guard.

You need to realize you can't just turbo past it (they'll rip you), or go to the sidelines cuz that's where you'll get trapped. If you understand what I'm saying, though, the guys will just be around you the whole time and they won't be able to bump or trap you. however, if the dude is controlling another guy and running him at you, that might be harder. But if they just let the computer do the trapping, you can beat it like that.
