they said "next generation systems." do they also mean the Wii?

I hope so, but I doubt it. You can't port from the 360 to the Wii, so they'd have to build it from the ground up on the Wii. I hope they feel it's worth it. The more games the better.

yeah I agree. they did have 3 years to build it though, so I don't see any reason why they couldn't.

They are probably most likely to make the game for the Wii...with the great sales like thefreak said and the controller they have almost no excuse not to make it. We all just have to see.

As a full-time network engineer with some programming background...why couldn't you port to the Wii? Poly count and textures can be adjusted/reduced. A script could do it even. Heck, EA did it with Madden.
Just curious why I keep seeing people say this. Doesn't mean there *is* a Wii port, I just don't follow the logic that there isn't.

True, but the GameCube didn't enjoy the sales numbers and buzz the Wii has right now. I see PS3s on shelves everywhere. I still haven't seen a Wii, or I'd probably have bought it!
