Well being that I'm a New Yorker through and through I'll be taking the New York team. Whether they are rated 100 or 10 that's who I'm rolling with. I'm sure most of the people online will be lame and pick whoever's rated the top but let's have some pride up in here and claim some squads.

Cities that have an iffy chance of being represented should probably be backed with a 2nd and 3rd choice.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I've done the saints and other squads in leagues I get in late but usually the lamer who picked the Giants drop and then HERE I COME!!!

I'll be using the seattle team. buffalo if seattles not there, being from buffalo. if both aren't, than either I'll create a team or choose by which ever team has the best look/symbol/colors.

Yet if not, and they try to be NFL-Lite, I'll go with the Dallas/Houston/Texas team.

Take a word from the Midway group though, there were NEVER any Aztecs in Dallas.

just heard the news and man am I excited but yeh as for as team selection goes....I selecting whoever has a good RB... (I live for the ground game) but I dont think I will play this game online but for league play only with my ol' 2k5 buds if the still around. Strictly leagues with 2k8 (draft leagues) will make the online play to us DIE HARDS as if we are playing a NFL type game. because we would be building our own STARS and SUPERSTARS....man I just luv that REAL FOOTBALL is BACK

Yeah I think a draft is perfect for this game. You can pick the location you like and build the team you want. Hopefully the leagues have progression also and a draft and offseason. I'M BEGGING YOU 2K PLEASE PUT FRANCHISE STUFF IN THE LEAGUES.

maybe cause your a hyprocite and cant really play safety all that well and rely on the cpu to do most of the work for you and then you brg about how you beat somebody...dont brag when the cpu did the job for you.
