Please hel me beat these cheesers!!

I really need help beating these cheesers. When it comes to a straight up game I am very good but I recently lost a game due to the fact that everytime I made a basket they would chuck it down court and get an easy lay up can anyone help me out with some kind of defense that may help me stop this.
