Substitution Glitch: Player not coming out

I've ran into this problem on both 2k6 and 2k7. It's rare, but extremely annoying when it happens. Sometimes during games one or two of my players won't come out. I've tried multiple ways of subbing, but nothing works. I either have to foul them out or restart the game. Has anyone else experienced this and perhaps know what causes it or how it can be avoided?

I have experienced the same issue. When I goto sub a player during game stoppage it doesn't alway sub all the players I want. The work around is to call a timeout and sub the selected players you want... yes this is a bug...
