I thought about that too, but I think because we have absolutely no info on the game, we may be reaching for anything.

I sure hope that's not the cover as I think it's not the best of designs. But, that's just opinion.

Thats a nice box art, i dont mind having that added to my collection. Its neat, simple and effective. I actually love it. The grass gives u the feeling as if....we are the real deal. This is the realistic football!

That is not the final cover; the final will not look anything like that. If they used that cover, it would certainly hurt sales by virtue of putting out a poor image.

Yeah thats kind of odd that they have those 2 stars in the K. Maybe they represents the 2 years its was missing 06 and 07. Sort of like purring their 40oz on the ground for their dead homies. The grass represents football at its purest. Unlike Field turf and Dome Stadiums. Its sort of like the MLB using wooden bats.

I HAVE IT! I HAVE IT! See it's all in the details. The two stars in the K are more than "pouring it for the homies" it's a code that in addition to that letter you have to find two more letters. So we look at the "A" and "P" and they both have some "bling" on them. So now you have a "P""A""K". A "PAK", now being that this isn't NFL2Kx anymore that would make a person disregard anything starting with "NFL2K..." but yet we have a forum member here named that very same thing. We look into his sig and see the word PAK in terms of an expansion pak. This is code from 2K to us that we can customize this game fully to NFL properties and it'll be as easy as an expansion "PAK".

Look in the bigger pic with the grass and logo and on the k of 2k8, it has two stars. Its nothing, some people could say what ever they want about the two stars. At the end, its just a logo. The whole thing is just a nice peice of art to tell people about the game until they come out with a new Box Art. Its only for visual.
