First off let me say.. I know what cheesing is and I know what cheating is. I've played this game online for 3 years. I encountered a cheater today that I won't name. It's impossible to shoot 75% from the 3pt line for the game if you're wide open - let alone being guarded tight. I've constantly been ranked top 10 for XBOX and top 5 more times than not. I am currently 6th in Pontiac for XBOX. However, this cheater makes the game a joke. He is somehow glitch shooting. He was shooting 3's anywhere and everywhere at will with people in his face. Please, don't let these type of people ruin the tourney, or better yet my seeding for the tourney right now. I will not be playing him again. Admin what can I do to report this to the ppl that need see it?

I think the difficulty setting for ranked online games is too low. If you want to game online, you should have to be able to play on at least all-american.

Secondly, I didn't even sign up for the Pontiac because you are going to encounter to many people who do anything to win. I'm a sim player maybe thats the problem. However, I think its ridiculous how people can throw the ball down court everytime for a layup, even with press off, or you a cross-over or a spin and go right through the defense, no matter 2-3 or man. If the difficulty levels were up, it would be a lot harder to do this considering the defense would be better. We cant control every player on the court.

These people have ruined the integrity of the game. I find it more fun to play in my franchise where its realistic then play online and get beat by some people who think their good because they have mastered the glitches in the game, and then get mad at you when you say they abused exploits. I'm sorry if my opinion thinks doing the same offensive tactic everytime is wrong.

I also think that there are not alot of fouls online. Teams with lower unity are already at a disadvantage on the road because of "home court advantage." I like that in my franchise, but I think its stupid in an online ranked game. When I'm on the road in some games, it seems like I get hacked everytime I drive but no call, while my controllers vibrating like crazy in my hands. Then they come down the court and there is some stupid blocking foul. Fouls should still be turned up because there are cases when the get an offensive rebound that you get hammered but no foul.

Also, for timeouts online, I think a generic 30 second clock is better then making it 10 seconds after the first player exits the screen. How am I supposed to set my roster (which I do manually), change press settings, defensive pressure, and double teams, in 10 seconds. Granted, I could go to the main menu, but it ruins the flow of the game, especially when those screens are already present.

Because of all this, I started a league instead of Pontiac, sadly. In the league I can raise difficulty, and make sure that some stupid cheeser is not going to win. Instead, the person who has mastered exploits the most is going to win a free car.

no because exploits will get the ***** embarrassed out of them in front of everyone @ Final 4 event.... 2k producers will laugh. But, this guy has no shot to do that. But, my point is.... HE DOESNT CHEESE. HE CHEATS. I watched so many 3's go in all over the place I felt like punching the freaking TV. I was down 40 at half. I am one of the best players on XBOX. It was no fluke.

same thing happened to me on 360...some people do know how to make a stupid percentage from three...and im not talking bout simply usin the quick release to shoot...im talkin bout flat out makin damn near every shot regardless of defense...

yea, I heard several talkin in the lobby where other ppl have encountered him doing the same thing. It's some sort of shot glitch, where he shoots, a short pause, and it goes in every time.

bro how many 3's did he hit on you for all this. i don't quick release and i have swished 20+ 3s in a game with several players. if the shot is open ,you are winning and and you know your release you can drain 3's at an amazing rate. i play on 360 anyway but unless he was quick shotting he was prolly lucky bro
