I have ncaa college hoops 2k7 for xbox and i am a terrible shooter from outside. in the post i am very good but outside i can never make threes consistently. My question was is it better to use the x button for the outside shooting or the shot stick?? and if you use the x button do i have to hold it then release it at a certain time. Any shooting tips or strataiges are helpful thank you

X button is easier to me, and yes it is all about timing

it's definitely easier to use X, it says to release it at the top of the shooter's jump, but eventually you just get a feel for how to do it in each situation. sometimes its better to pop off a quick shot when you're open then wait until you're at the top of the jump and somebody has come over to cover you.

i found out that if the computer isn't tighting on your 3 point shooter you just can walk up to the three point line and drain one in his face. it doesn't work everytime but it does a good percent. Also works good if you have a smaller defender on you.

I'm pretty good with the 3's, but I can't play in the post! I think my post % is like 2% lol.
