I made some trades before the first game to change things around.

I traded away Shanahan, Whitney, and Ryan Barnes for J.Thornton and P.Bergeron. I love that kid.

I will update every 5 games. I'll just post the stats from my team and the league leaders. I won't do a long recap after every game, but I will do it if something noteable happens, liek a hat trick or multiple shut outs. I hope people read this, heh.

I personnally do not like the idea of a shorter season, because then you play the playoffs and it seems really like a 2ND SEASON.

i think that your franchise page is great. i will be reading it along wth the other that do. i have the same opinion as bruins4life., i do not think that was the right thing for that pistons fan to do. this page is meant for hockey... that home town team thing was retarted... please leave basketball off a hockey site which is meant for a canadian sport only!lol

This angers me SO much when I see people post stuff like this, or like when you challenge them to a game and you pick the wings they quit. The Red Wings have been my team my whole life, and Im not going to pick another team in some video game just because they are the best. Even if the Wings were rated last, I'd still use them.

Anyways, I started a franchise with the Wings too. Its a full 82 game season, I started back in September when I got the game. I play a few games a week, but sometimes I go a month without playing. I think my season was in April when I last left off. Its cool...
