THE DEMO IS GOOD THE PRESENTATION IS DONE VERY WELL. IT FEELS LIKE A CLEANER TIGHTER VERSION OF 06, BASICALLY WHAT 06 SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I HIT A COUPLE OF HOMERUNS AND STRUCK OUT A COUPLE OF BATTERS, I REALLY ENJOY WATCHING THE REPLAYS. THE PLAYER MOVEMENTS ON THE FIELD SEEM A LOT SMOOTHER AND REALISTIC. IT CAN BE KINDA DIFFICULT TO PICK THE BALL UP ON THE FIELD. PITCHING AND BATTING INTERFACE IS THE SAME. PLAYER MODELS ARE WELL DONE ESPECIALLY BATTER HABITS AND PITCHER HABITS.

ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW

Thanks for the post, on behalf off all of those stuck in a cubicle today, who can't get to there 360 until tonight.

What was there something you were expecting to see/hear that you didn't.
ie: batter walkups/ditties, stadium atmosphere, umpire on the field animation, broadcast comments??

WTF? You only answered one question and that was the one about using all caps!!! Why do you even start a thread saying that you are going to answer questions if you don't plan to stay around here more than 15 minutes and still not answer any questions?

I got up at 6 AM and kicked off the DL. Then when I got up at 8, I played through the demo one time.

The set up is the Top of the 7th of last years NLCS. Bradford is pitching for the Mets and I believe Carpenter for the Cards.

The gameplay is far smoother than it was last year. No herky jerky motions by the fielders. Though, I only played through once and I think I struck out 5 or 6 (I think it is a low level difficulty). Did not field a ground ball.

From my first on hands experience, I was 1,000X happier with this itteration than with 2K6.

-Fans catch foul balls with their gloves
-I've noticed players look at the ball when they hit it
- HR Pose/Celebrations are on "no doubters"
-Smooth game:lol: :D

hey maskzilla why dont you stfu seriously we have over 12 inch of snow and i had to drive my wife to school, that is a little bit more important right now than answering questions. Nobody cares how long you have been on forums. For all the rest of you i'm sorry i had to go i imagine all of you have played the game by now. I think like i stated before it feels alot like 2k6 only better visuals. Great replays. smoother fielding. Better player models and the catcher calling all the pitches a great addition. Pitching feels a lot more rewarding when you actually strike out a guy. Also a lot more tense when your pitcher is nervous and your pitch cursor is all over the screen.

i think the biggest thing that impressed me was the swing stick, it feels totaly different than last year, alot more responsive once you get your timing down, doesnt feel like your timing is off like last year. I hated it last year because if you didnt time your step before the swing perfectly it really screwed up the resulting swing. Not anymore. as far as pitching stamina i cant really tell because you cant play a full game but i think with the fact that your catcher is calling every pitch, stamina will be there because it's a little bit harder to hit the exact spot your catcher wants, but this makes it way more rewarding in the end you can really feel the effect when your starter starts to tire.
