I want to know what some of you guys think..SO far they have been above my every expectation...they have such a young pitching core.....what do you all think?? Thanks

Not really surprising. They have the hitting to make them an above .500 team but they're pitching staff is not good enough for them to make the playoffs.. Ponson really struggling so far.

the birds will be improved, but i don't think by more than 10-15 games. however even if the improvement were more, as long as any team has the pinstripes and redsox in front of them, they won't make the playoffs. boston and new york are virtually guaranteed sharing the 1 and 2 spots for the next three seasons.

yea my bad on the not having yes as an option..and young pitches have to come from somewhere..and if early signs are any indication Baltimore can handle Pedro and the Bosox.....next?

I think the O's are playing well...Especially since they have the Yanks and Sox in their division. I hope they get swept by the M's this week though...

I will be there on thursday's game rooting for the O's baby. My season seats are in left field so I cant heckle Ichiro.

The Orioles havent surprised me, I expected them to be up in the division. They have gotten some very good additions. I just hope that the Orioles beat out the Yankees for 2nd in the Division

Ichiro plays Right Field...My season seats at Safeco are two rows behind him in right...I am going next Tuesday to see them play the Twins...

I don't care how the Orioles do, I just need Tejada to start hitting more jacks, he's my fantasy league shortstop and he's not doing crap for me.
