Was it really a good idea when you pitch online to get rid of the strike zone!? I mean, without, I'm hitting players by mistake.

How do you guys handle this or what's the better way to pitch online!? Behind the picther view or behind the batter view!?:(

I've yet to find an option for it anywhere. I looked all over too.

The way I've been compensating is to set the catcher up where I want to aim. If I want to go high and inside, I set him up there and make sure I'm in the strike zone based on the rumble.

I have looked for it too but didn't find anything.I have to admit that it makes the game more difficult but yet more fun.

My only complaint about it NOT being there is that it does slow the game pace down a bit.

I don't really think it's that big of an issue, because it's more challenging, and realistic. But, for online play, they gotta put rumble in. How are we supposed to know we're out of the zone?

me too actually. I am glad there is no strike zone. makes it that much more realistic with umpires blowing calls. I could elaborate more, but i gotta go back to work.l

It takes some getting used too, but I like it. It makes the whole "catcher calling the game" thing better. However, seeing the zone wouldn't necessarily keep you from hitting batters, that's just you.

I, too really like the new "zoneless" strike zone. more realistic.

OR you guys could just pitch the ball over the plate in between the knees and elbows of the batter.

I dont mind that there is no strike zone... but man atleast let the controller rumble when ur close to the edges... give us some idea of the strikezone... the elbows and knees thing works for the height of the strike zone but not width because the camera is offset when u pitching from behind the pitcher camera... COME ON 2k give us some rumble.

Its is much better without. Makes the game look more real. These games have to do different things each year to keep it fresh. I do agree the rumble should be online when pitching out of the strike zone.

I found the option. It's under presentation settings I believe. You can have it always off, on for just batting or always on, which puts it on while pitching too.
