How do I unlock the 27 Yankees

I believe the same codes from last years version work with 2K7. I wouldn't worry about the 27 Yankees though, none of the players are real.

Go into your skybox, go to unlockables, I believe it is in section 2 or 3, and you have to but it.

its not worth it.....they dont even have the player names...they look nothing like them and all have generic batting stances

You can unlock all those locked teams with the cheat code "Derek Jeter".
