as the leafsare preparing for the beginning of the 2003-2004 season there are many questions that TML fans are asking. The questions all seem to circle around the leafs d-man. one that is asked most often is " are the d-man that we have good enough to carry us to the promise land.
that question was never surved up an answer at the end of the 2002-2003 year, because the leafs were sent packing to hit the links by the flyers last season in seven. with the adding of ken klee and brian marchment this could give the team a lift for more phsical play on the blue line. a espn analist caught up with leafs coach pat quinn. they asked what he had asked the team to work on in there team practises. he replied by saying. what we have worked on in these last few days of the off-season is defensive zone coverage. Quinn then went on to say " that was our weakest point playing the flyers in last year playoffs, but that has what i think greatly inproved
