I can't turn a double play

I just baught MLB 2K7 and I'm wondering why I can't turn a double play, my infielder picks up the ball and i throw it to second and the 2nd basemen or the shortstop isnt there and the ball rolls in the outfield. Does anyone know how come?

Thats weird...maybe the shortstop was hawkin the chick in the first row with the monster jacks and forgot to cover the bag. I've done that a few times back in the day.

comcast is a internet and cable provider so i have no idea why that guy put that.

Have you put your infielders in double play depth? If not hit down on the D-PAd before you make your pitch to a batter after a hit and adjust your infield by pressing igt or left on the D-PAd.
