How in the heck you save your progress in Franchise Mode?

I have tried everything ,but still have not figured how save my progress in Franchise Mode. I have only saved my first game, but don't know how I even did that. Someone like to try to help me.

when you are at the lobby up at the top, one of the tabs has save franchise. go ahead and do that, save it to whatever name you like, then you are done.
