For those of you that were having the same problem as me.....
when you sign a free agent relief pitcher and they dissapear, and even when you move guys around in your bull-pen they still don't show up...just take out and one of your starters and move them into the bullpen and then hit BACK...once you do this it will say "you dont have enough starters...etc" let the CPU fix it and ur reliever will appear..
