I think a really cool addition would be to use the bracketbuster games that espn does. While i understand they probably won't give out their rights to use the name in the game, at least call it something else, then depending on how your season is going, the game will match you up with another random mid-major team in the month of February.
Also i think that they should add games where you have National Broadcast, Regional Broadcast, and in some cases, no broadcast at all. I guess you could have a "radio" broadcast for games not worthy enough to be on tv. The more you are on tv, the more your school gets exposure.
