I had a question about unintentional dropped games in the Pontiac Tournament. I have had an issue maybe like 15 to 20 times over the past couple months where my game will cut off and say I have a dirty disc. It is not my disc though, I think it is my XBOX. If this was to happen in a tournament game, could it be replayed or would it be an automatic loss? This has already cost me major Pontiac points in games where I was up by 20 points, I hope it wont cost me in the tourney as well. Any info would be great. Thanks!

Well since you know its your system and you havent gotten it fixed...i'm assuming that if this happens in the tourney you will get the loss.

I get those probably once every 30 games I play. It gives a loss and a drop. I think everyone gets it...maybe not though. I'm just hoping it wont happen during the tourney.
You can always tell its about to happen when the commentator stops talking.

Please refer to the official rules:
"Pulling the Plug/Turning off your Xbox or Xbox 360. We understand that players have network problems. Therefore, if a player disconnects from a game within the first half of play, either intentionally or unintentionally, the game may be reset by the designated match Administrator. However, if an Administrator believes a disconnection was intentionally triggered by a gamer, the admin may disqualify that gamer from the tournament."
Basically, I will make a judgement to reset based on the score and time of the game. If the same person keeps having problems, I will have no choice but to disqualify him from the tourney. Please note:
"The sponsors are not responsible for the performance or reliability of the Game console machines Xbox or Xbox 360, their respective controls, the online gaming service (Xbox Live) provided by the game console manufacturers or the connection provided by a contestants' ISP. Please verify that all these devices and services are working properly prior to registering for the Tournament or reporting for a scheduled Tournament match."

Alright cool. That's definitly fair enough. And AntLil, you don't have to be such a jerk. If I had sent my 360 away for three weeks to get repaired, I doubt I would have qualified for this tournament at all.
