Anyone come up with how to Alley oop on PS3?

What is the button combination for the alley...

My current config on offense is

triangle - hopstep
Square - shoot
circle - lead pass
x- pass
r1- turbo
r2- direct pass

So how do I throw an alley?

In another thread, someone said that it's L1 + X when the player receiving the pass is close to the basket.

I really don't think it's in the game...untill someone can post a video of them doing it, I'll believe it when I see it.

it is L1 + X, I swear I do it all the time.

It is definately in the game- I am pretty sure Kevin is right with the controls. I have done it once or twice, but it is pretty picky about when it will do it- the player has to be almost wide open approaching the hoop- which is how it should be, really

Kevin Im not doubting you but which controls are you using, which setup i mean, Default, A, B, C since I have to figure it out for C.

kevin is correct, all you need to do is press L1 and X at the same time to alley-oop on default control

yeah that works, I threw like three yesterday and they all looked sweet, one was coming from right over the half court line, although I saw lawson do that for real this year so it wasnt unrealistic to me.. :)

anyone know why i cant slam dunk half the time in the key.. im pretty much right by the hoop.. and i have l1 turbo held down as im pressing the shoot key..

use the shot stick, it gives you the best chance to dunk, if you are still having trouble you can edit the dunk in traffic slider.

to throw an alley hoop when your setting are on default C. you use L1 + Circle.

make sure your player has a good dunk rating and quickly tap [] holding it in will perform a lay up..
