Tournament Simulation Question

I want to simulate this year's NCAA tournament on the PS3 CH2k7.

I selected the Pontiac Tournament, NCAA Tournament, and Custom ON.
It puts in 65 schools. When I try to replace the schools (such as Wisconsin), it is already in another spot, so I can't choose them.

What's the best way to simulate this year's tournament in this game?

Has someone done this, if so can we download a copy to our ps3 if someone can upload the tournament save at the beginning.
