Well there are a bunch of you asking....I just got the game today at about 1PM. I've gotten quite far on the rosters. I'm in the M's, going alphabetically. It's going pretty quick. I haven't played the game yet, I've just been watching the games and cranking out these rosters. So I'm about half way, I should be done sometime tomorrow. I'll let you know as soon as they're done.

Thats wonderful to hear. I joined this forum because of you, for some reason playing the game without rosters is just not the same as with names so thanks gocougz!

im not sure but does the 20gb ps3 have usb slots??? yes i think it does, well you can probably download the file off the internet and save it on a thumb drive. (target had some 128MB ones for like $5, they are buy the checkout counter, like were all the candy and staple items are)
but you should be able to save it one athumb drive then just stick that in the usb port on the ps3 and you should be good to go.

right. But what if i go online on my ps3, does anyone think i can download it directly to my ps3 if i use the ps3 to go on the web and download this file, or does, it just not work that way?

gocougz, just so you know, you can also edit the coach's names if you so choose to do so! Some high profile coach's names are in the game, but most are not.

gocougz, just so you know, you can also edit the coach's names if you so choose to do so! Some high profile coach's names are in the game, but most are not. I'll have to do that? Do you know what it saves as? Is it included in rosters?

Download link:
http://rapidshare.com/files/21398255/PS3.rar
Instructions:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Free" button (unless you're a premium [paid] user). Wait for the timer to complete and enter the security code, then click "Download." Right-click the file when it's done and extract it with WinRAR.
I find it very helpful to go into the game and save the roster you have. Even if its not finished. After you saved your roster, quit the game and plug in your flashdrive or usb device.
You should now have a college hoops roster file under the 'Saved Data Utility' folder. Highlight it and press the triangle button. Then press 'copy' and pick the flash or usb device your going to save it on.
After it copies, remove your usb device and plug it into your computer. You should now have folders in this order: ps3, saved data, and then folders for different games. The college hoops folder starts off with 'blus'. Inside that folder should be 4 files.
Delete the 'blus' folder and when you do that it should delete all 4 files inside. It is very important to do this as I've never been able to just replace the 4 files.
Then download the roster file, use winzip or some other program if it is zipped and you want to get to the 'blus' part. Simply drag the 'blus' folder into your flashdrive device ( i always check to make sure there are 4 files in that folder)
Finally, remove your device, plug it back into the ps3, and under 'saved data utitlities' go through your device to the roster file, click triangle and press save. It will probably ask you if you want to overwrite. Select YES.
