Downloading link + downloading instructions:

Copy and paste the following link into your browser:

http://rapidshare.com/files/21398255/PS3.rarScroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Free" button (unless you're a premium [paid] user). Wait for the timer to complete and enter the security code, then click "Download." Right-click the file when it's done and extract it with WinRAR.

This link will never be deleted because I'm a premium RS user, so enjoy!

P.S. here's the link to download WinRAR if you don't already have it:

Installation Instructions:

I find it very helpful to go into the game and save the roster you have. Even if its not finished. After you saved your roster, quit the game and plug in your flashdrive or usb device.

You should now have a college hoops roster file under the 'Saved Data Utility' folder. Highlight it and press the triangle button. Then press 'copy' and pick the flash or USB device your going to save it on.

After it copies, remove your USB device and plug it into your computer. You should now have folders in this order: ps3, saved data, and then folders for different games. The college hoops folder starts off with 'blus'. Inside that folder should be 4 files.

Delete the 'blus' folder and when you do that it should delete all 4 files inside. It is very important to do this as I've never been able to just replace the 4 files.

Then download the roster file, use WinRAR or some other program if it is zipped and you want to get to the 'blus' part. Simply drag the 'blus' folder into your flashdrive device ( i always check to make sure there are 4 files in that folder)

Finally, remove your device, plug it back into the ps3, and under 'saved data utilities' go through your device to the roster file, click triangle and press save. It will probably ask you if you want to overwrite. Select YES.

Any program that can unzip files. Most computers have a program that unzips files.
