Multiplayer Online???

I haven't played any 2K series game since I was ranked #2 in the world in ESPN NFL 2k5. In NFL 2k5 you could play multiplayer online. So me and my friend could play on the same team against one other person, or 2 or 3 or 4. Does College Hoops 2k7 have the ability for me and someone else to be on the same team and take on someone else? if so how do you do it?

i made a topic about this.... no one will answer... I will tell you one thing, me and my friend tried with no luck... however when we had both our controllers in sync the online lobby had 2 little icons next to my name as if to say there are two players here. When we got challenged we tried everything to move the controllers to choose sides and nothing worked... with any info on how it worked in NFL 2k5 maybe we can figure it out. I BELIEVE IT'S POSSIBLE... And it bugs me we can't figure it out... :cool:

I looked more into it... I found the game on wikipedia..

If you look on the right side of the page, under the picture of the game it says....
Mode(s) Single player
Multiplayer (up to 4 players)
Online multiplayer (up to 8 players on 2 consoles)

Also I think I recall the back of the box for PS3 saying 7 players online, 10 total or something like that (I am at work right now so I can't check). so i agree that i do think it is possible.

It seemed no one knew how to do this, so I went ahead and emailed tech support for 2ksports.

I asked....
"How do you play multiplayer online? When my friend is at my house I want to play so that me and him can play on the same team and take on someone else."


The response from tech support was....
"Hello,
You will need to set up an unranked game online from the custom lobby. You are not able to play ranked games online with more than one person on a console.

Thanks for contacting 2K Sports"



So I guess that's our answer, you can do it, but can't do it in ranked games and got to go to the custom lobby.
