Cannot Play a Game Online!?!

I get this message:
"This game could not be started. Refer to the online FAQ or 2K Sports website for information on this topic."

I have looked through messages and questions and nothing has helped. I contacted tech support and haven't heard anything back for over a day. So, I decided to see if anyone on here could help. I have a PS3 and everything is connected right. I can plan an online game on Madden but this message pops up for any of my 2K games. MLB 2K7, College Hoops 2K7, and NBA 2K7! Has anyone had this problem or have any tips that might help. I have tried virtually everything!

what you need is the port numbers because i can guess your using a router an for somereason 2k games dont like them so i dontknow what to tell you eitherhook it up an turn your router off an just try itthat way or **** i dontknow

I have heard everthing from open the ports to just find someone with green ping. One thing i do know is I have mlb 2k7 and they only let me play other players with green ping and usually with my luck its only two out of twenty. So goodluck but maybe contact ps3 and see how to open ports because i don't know.
