I did once, dont remember what i did but i was able to view all the leagues transaction news. Does anyone know how to do this???

the owner will email you with league news, then you click the left bumper and you can access all the league news. so im pretty sure you can only access it through email. guess
2k didnt realize they left it out of the menu?
