When sprinting after a ball,watch for an ICON TO APPEAR over the fielders head.Quickly tap
the button in the DIRECTION of the ICON to make him JUMP or DIVE toward the ball.This isn't
a guarantee that he'll catch the ball, but it's usually worth a try, especially with a good fielder.
NOW IT IS TIME TO ROB SOME HOMERS!!!
And as spectacular as a diving diving catch can be ,nothing compares to climbing the wall and robbing a hitter or a home run. When chasing down a deeply hit fly ball, look for a red triangle to appear near the base of the wall. Rush toward it and press UP on the Right Thumbstick/Right Analog Stick when the icon appears to make the fielder leap up and snag the home run ball.
Just run to the blue circle like a normal fly ball (sprint whatever u like) and when you get to the circle then u push up on the thumb/right analog stick and then u can rob a HR...it works for me on the PS3.....I'm just can't get the diving catches down in the infield??
