For some reason the cpu now controls my pitching staff on mlb 2k7 for the 360. I can no longer choose mound visits, warm pitchers up, or substitute. I don't know if i changed something or what? I can't seem to find anything in the menus or in the book about how to changed this. Is this the diffrerence between difficulties? I play season mode on pro.

I think i figured it out. The last two games my manager was tossed for arguing. After that you apparently cannot control subs. I wish they would mention that somewhere.

They do. It says it directly on the screen when your manager gets tossed.

For how long does that not allow you to control your team?

For the remainder of that game. One trick i learned is if you do get tossed and need to get a new pitcher in the game but cant because your assistant coach controls the team is Bean the next batter in the head with a fastball. Funny to see the batter stagger as he moves towards 1st base and the umpire tossing your pitcher.
