This message is to the people who sim most of their legacy:

What offense do you use with your team? Ideally, the motion offense should be used for balanced teams, flex with a strong SF/SG, Princeton with a slower better shotting team, stack for a bigger team, and UCLA high post with a team with a dominant center.

However, when I set my profile to accommodate for my team's style, I've found the following regardless of how well my team is rated:
Motion, I usually suck.
Flex, I dominate during the regular season then fail in postseason
UCLA High post, decent regular season, then dominate postseason

So I guess my question is this, what offense do you guys use, and how do you set your profile sliders? What's worked and what hasn't? I know it's supposed to be based on your team, but personally I haven't found that to be the case.

it's not so much the offense-type that matters, but the coaching profile itself..

I'm making a custom tempo-fastbreak run-n-gun style coach... so the most important things to set are tempo, fast break style, crash board settings, mine is at
tempo: 85
fast break: 75
crash boards: 25

it works pretty good and i usually run my offense thru my pg.. unless i see a specific defense called and want to call a set play.. but you had it right anyways, Flex, Stretch, Motion, etc... just use whatever fits your team the best

but the coaching profile matters more than the actual playbook offense being ran, ie: fastbreak offense, or a more set-halfcourt team, post-types, etc..
