xbox 360 live free trial

I have a free 48 hour trial that I wish to use once the updated rosters come out for MLB 2K7. Do I need any special equipment (ie: wires, adapters, etc.) to obtain my free trial.?? My TV and internet are both thru Shaw Cable here in Canada.

I am with Telus in Edmonton, all you need is an ethernet cable that plugs into the back of your 360 and your cable modem. I was actually with Shaw a few months ago and I had a little black motorolla modem with no ethernet port on it so you might want to look into that part, I know shaw has a few different ones, a friend has an ethernet port in his shaw modem.. hope this helps.

Thanks for the info !! I do have an ethernet plug in my Shaw modem, just waiting now for updated rosters after the season starts

awesome, good to hear! You will want to get xbox live gold for sure after the trial is done, once you play against real people you will never want to go back and play the computer again :p
