After playing many games and looking and trying out different sliders, I have came up with a pretty good set of sliders now for Xbox !! NOT 360!!! Now it could prolly be used to PS2 as well though.

The unrealistic HR’s are wayyyyy down with these, I played but K’s are far and few between for me. I still can’t get it set right where I can get realistic # of K’s per game. K’s against are fine though. HERE WE GO FOR ALL THE OLD GEN PLAYERS!!

First oof I will say that I DO NOT use the inside edge on CPU Pitchers!! It makes it too easy for me anyway, your preference.

Pitching Interface- Payoff

Speed Boost- OFF (I think its cheating to use, just turn fielder spd up a lil)

Batting Interface- Classic (Swing Stick sucks, its way too hard and u can’t check swing for nothing. Also it’s more realistic to be able to aim where you want to hit the ball to me. Maybe the 360 or PS# version is better??)

Batters Eye- OFF (Now that would be cheating if on all the time!!)

Pitch Point- Pinpoint (This is really preference as all of these)

Player Options

Dynamic Difficulty- OFF (Preference, How can you tell it’s working?!?!?)

Batter Contact- 45
Batter Power- 20
Bunt Assistance- 25
Baserunner Speed- 100 (Way too hard to steal a base)
Steal Success- 65
Fielding Errors- 40
Fielder Speed- 50
Speed Burst Length- 0
Speed Burst Power- 0
Fielding Aggression- 30

Pitcher Fatigue- 65 (Reason its high is b/c they swing at most strikes, and make contact of many. And take almost every ball, reason for lack of K’s!!!)

Pitcher Interface Speed- 100

Injuries- 60 (only had one in the 25 games I’ve played, probably will move to 65.)
Pitch Speed- 65 (This is used for both player and Cpu pitchers. Working well)

Pitcher Difficulty- 50 (This is the slider that bothers me the most because on Xbox there is no setting for AI pitching difficulty. This is again used for both cpu and user which sucks. I have played with it a lot, and seems that 50 is the best fit.)

AI General Options

AI Errors- 40

AI Fielder Speed- 25 (Its low cuz I got tired of them chasing down great hits or hits that in real life would be singles or doubles. It’s helped a lot.)

AI Fielding Aggression- 0 (YES it’s 0. Reason is again I was sick of them diving/ jumping/robbing me of hits and HR’s Not every fielder is Ozzy Newsome or Jim Edmonds!!! This has helped a lot, there are still some sliding, or diving catches but very few making it much more realistic.)

AI Throwing Aggression- 57
AI Hit ‘N Run- 85
AI Sac. Bunt- 55
AI Squeeze- 35
AI Baserunner aggression- 50
Steal Success- 60
Steal 2nd- 60
Steal 3rd- 35
Steal Home- 15

AI Batting Skills

Batters Use Inside Edge- ON

AI Skill- 80 ( I just changed this from 100 to 80, hoping to get more K’s but I don’t know.)

AI Contact- 40
AI Power- 20

AI Pitching Options

Use Inside Edge- ON
AI Corner- 50
Change Speed- 65
Change Location- 55
Throw Strike Overall- 40
Throw Strike Ahead- 35
Throw Strike Behind- 50
AI Fatigue- 60
AI Pickoff- 45
AI Pitchout- 45
Meat Pitch 20

I ask that you at least play 5-7 games with these against different opponents strength wise. Even play with a sad team against a good team. Also watch the lineups versus pitcher faced. I played with the Yankess against Detroit with Kenny Rogers on the mound (LHP) versus the Yankess lineup which is ALOT of Left handed Batters. It was 0-0 going into the 9th Inning! they won 2-1 with a walk-off homer btw! lol

Here's some more updated sliders, I am really getting some really good realistic games with these you guys!!

Player options

Fielding Errors- moved UP to 50 (don't see any at all)

Fielder SPEED- Moved DOWN to 25!! (Reason is cuz I was chasing down everything, allowing few hits. Now cpu is averaging normal amount of hits.) MUST HAVE Speed burst OFF!!!

AI General Options

AI Errors- Again move up to 50

AI Throwing Aggression- Move DOWN to 50 (prolly still needs to go down. I have a man on second and hit a ground ball to the right side, and the cpu keeps trying to throw him out at 3rd base, but never succeeds. Just take the EASY out!!) If it happens again I'll move down to 45.

AI Hit N Run- Moved UP to 90 (just never seen any yet)

AI Sac Bunt- Moved UP to 60 (again never see it)

AI Steal Success- Moved UP to 70 (I'm throwing out everyone, I threw out Chone Figgins by a mile. May still need to go up.

AI Batting Options

AI Skill- Moved DOWN to 55 (Finally getting decent amount of K's per game now)

AI Contact- Moved DOWN to 0 (YES, 0 could NOT strikeout anyone!)

AI Power- Moved UP to 25 (Still playing with this between 25-30, but with the skuill so low it need to go up, cuz the skill affects both power and contact.)

AI Pitching Options

AI Use Inside Edge- I'm playing with this, depending on how you're able to hit, whether or not you should change.)

AI Fatigue- Moved DOWN to 50 (Only cuz I got better at working the pitch count, it just depends on you.)

AI Pickoff- Moved DOWN to 40 (just hate the delay all the time when I rarely try to steal.)

AI Pitchout- Moved UP to 50

Right now my franchise is going great, I'm the Indians and am right now 7-3 record. Very realistic games though I will say. I play 5 games then Sim 3. SO I went 4-1 at first, then simmed 3, and went 2-1. Then I won one, then lost one. Thry these out, they're about PERFECT to me!

Do you know how to fix the Wild pitch problem

practice pitching. Use payoff pitching, easier to use. I've only maybe pitch 2 wild pitches total in like 40 games I've played now, so it's just you need to getting better at timing your pitching. Don't aim too far outside the strike zone to start out with. OH YA, make sure your on PINPOINT Pitching not Breakpoint. That would cause problems if you didn't know the difference.
