why would you buy madden to see what it looks like. Its not going to look any different, they arent using a differnt engine. This will be the same engine they will use for numerous years to come....

I actually liked Madden 07 only for the Superstar though(I know that I am probably 1 out of 100 people that actually did). and plan on buying Madden 08 but am really looking forward to playin 2k8 though. Please dont flame me for liking the Superstar mode but I did and that is my opinion. I actually liked the camera angle for MLB ( I used to play that position) when on the field you dont get to see behind you, Hell, you dont even get as much of a view as you get from that camera view in madden. But dont get me wrong It has room for alot of improvement.

CB was my favorite.. then MLB.. I loved it when i got to play against the falcons.. I Fumbled Vick twice! =) 10 tackles 2 Passes defended

Question. Do you know anyone who buys Madden? If so why don't you get your look from the game they buy?

If you keep buying each new Madden just to see what it looks like you are only helping them to continue to put out the same mess.

I guarantee you the advertisement will thrill people that happens in football except they take it to an extreme.

The hit stick. Ok. So you can deliver a big hit, but come on... your a DL... being double teamed blocked and you can still deliver a big hit on a RB running through that hole???
I'm talking the tackle animation where the guy gets up crawling towards you from over the offensive player.

That is just one example, but there game is more arcade and personally I never was in to arcades.

I do like the formation shift, but I'm sure 2k would have had that too and probably and even better way to do it.


Oh... my copy was free because I was challenged to do a comparison/evaluation between the two. And they are not buying Madden 2008. ;)

Um Maybe I Also Want a licensed NFL game also, not just an unlicensed game. Yes ALL PRO FOOTBALL 2K8 says they can overcome not having a license, well that being said im probably going to Play ALL PRO FOOTBALL 2K8 in denial wishing i had a game with NFL players. i also want to buy ALL PRO because i have been a fan of there games before i ever knew about madden, and loved the 2k sports series, i know its going to have great gameplay, dont get me wrong the only reason im buying madden is to have a licensed game im not expecting anything good to come from madden, im expecting more from APF 2K8. and im not the reason they keep releasing the same game. im 1 person i dont make up for everyone that chooses to buy that ****, i buy it because thats the only football game out there, and soon my reason will be only because of licensed players. And yes i should be On Discovery HD. :P

Yea your probably right about the 1 out of 100 thing. i have madden 07 for xbox 360 i played wide receiver and runningback the view sucked so bad, i actually dont go into the superstar thing at all. i only play franchise and thats it. but i was still let down by the game, still pretty bad, i dont know why i keep buying it every year and i know its going to suck but i still buy it anyway. but i seriously cant wait for APF 2K8.
