360 = A piece of crap?

So my first copy of 2k7 stopped being read by the xbox, so I returned it and bought another. Now THIS one, brand new, is having troubles; it keeps saying it cannot read the disk. Is this a 360 problem? Is this thing a piece of garbage?

I've had the game for 4 months so far on my 360, not one freeze or problem. Must be a bad disk issue or just a problem with your 360.
