QUESTION ABOUT ASSISTANT COACHES..

I'M IN MY 3RD YR OF LEGACY MODE, DOES THE ASSISTANT COACHES EVER GET BETTER? AND DO THAT EVER LEAVE FROM UNDER YOU TO TAKE A HEAD COACHING JOB SOME WHERE ELSE?

Yes they leave to coach at other schools. And when your team progresses and starts to become better you are able to snag better asst. coaches.

They can leave? They never have for me.

look at their ambition ratiing. If they are higher than B, they are likely to be recruited to take a job on the carousel. I lost one while at WIU. My Asst coaches at TCU have stayed with me (D and C ambition) although I have replaced one from time to time when a better choice becomes available (I look for certain attributes for my assts. so they fill in the holes in my profile).

Yeah,the ***. coaches leave.if your team has alot of success and your coahes have been with you for awhile.They are likely to get a job offer from a small school.

I lose both assitants every year now at Texas State. Then again we have won the championship the last 5 out of 7 attempts =/
