I am not sure if this has already been brought up before in these forums, but i noticed the following bug during my franchise.
During the opening cutscene, as well as during other various cutscenes in the game, players who have a right handed shot are shown holding their stick backwards. What I mean is that the blade is curving the wrong way.
Pretty strange.

The excuse I have heard is that the cut-scenes are generic. They simply put in the correct faces and jerseys onto generic player models. When the game starts the players hold the stick correctly.

Notice that during the goalie cutscenes. Jose Theodore is holding his stick with his glove hand instead of his blocker (ridiculous).
And i don't know if it does that to you guys, but sometimes the commentator says "the faceoff is to the right of Giguere" when its actually right of theodore. (Again...Ridiculous). Or sometimes you see koivu in the cutscene preparing to faceoff, but when you faceoff its not even him, sometimes you see him taking place in right wing, he's a center damn it!!!
i'm not impressed. Although i love this game more than nhl 2004, because of the gameplay of course.
Oh, and last. Yesterday the game crashed in the injury report screen, at the last line i think, i shut down the xbox, and it did it again.....forever and ever....i cant even see if there is any other injuries, by the way how do you turn off the injurie thing when in franchise mode.....i looked everywhere

also, even in-game, left cathing goalies have the a mirrored brand tag on their stick paddle. now that's ridiculous. 90% of the goalies are catching left, and those 90% play with a boowrehs instead of a sherwood. oh well.

Also, when editing goalies the goalie is holding the stick with his glove, not his blocker. What's up with that? :?:
