I'm in my third year of franchise and my camera option changed on me. I've always played with the Broadcast option. And then one game I started and it changed out of the blue. I went into the camera menu option to revert back to Broadcast. It wasn't there. I turned off the game. Next day I played. Same thing. I check the camera menu option and Broadcast was there.
So...anyone else?

WOW....I came here to post about the exact same problem.
I tried to play Texas State at Strahan Coliseum and the game started off with the hi cam behind the players even though I always play in broadcast.
No matter what I did, I couldn't get broadcast mode to show up.
When I went to my next game...broadcast mode was there.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the arena you play in.....where did you play?
At the end of the game some of the shots of the players celebrating were obstructed.....maybe that is why there is no broadcast cam.
I just played the game with the ISO cam I believe, it's like half broadcast and half behind the players.
I played terribly giving up like 18 offensive rebounds to Texas State and lost....I missed so many boards I usually get.....:( :( :(
