to end all of this stuff about 2k being scared and EA being scared.. wait what? scared of what? these are companies. these companies are making money year in and year out off of the customers that are interested in these products. these threads over the last months have just been hit with "madden is gonna beat this crap down!" or EA is gonna crush this or that! even some that say that 2k is gonna crush this is that. come on people lets make sense for a while. EA is gonna be EA thats what has gotten them this far and this is what will keep them riding on this gravy train of theirs as well as 2k. people need to come to the fact that fighting and calling one another names on these fourms and etc is a huge waste of time. and to those who pledge loyalty to these companies? who come on here to make fun of people and then transfer it back to the EA fourms please stop its a waste of time. at the end of the day these are just games. thats what we have to understand. be loyal to your self as a customer. be loyal to your rights as a customer to have a buyer beware sense about you. buy a game that you like or dont buy it at all. know what you will get for your money so you wont be cheated. if you want madden? straight cool fine if you like APF? cool just dont beat others down for it let em be because again its just a game...i may get criticized for what i am writing who knows who cares theres truth in it somewhere....peace be safe

True, its just a video game. Some people actually judged my football knowledge/iq because I like and prefer Madden, its stupid, its just a game play what you want have fun who cares theres worst things in life. It not worth arguing over, seriously.

I agree as well. Everyone is different and like different things for different reasons. I don't give a rats azz who's game gets the best reviews or sells the most copies. I've been playing video football since the days of the first consoles and home computers. The games have changed a lot over the years and so have my preferences. I usually get every new football game that comes along, unless I already have an idea I won't like it. For instance, I bought the 1st NFL blitz, but didn't like it, so never bothered with buying a newer version. Same for NFL Fever. I have liked Madden for the most part, but it's had it's bad years, especially on next gen. I'm just kinda down on EA for various reasons and don't intend to buy their stuff until they can make be feel like they're not cheating me or gouging me for more money. I do have 2K8 reserved and If I like it, I keep it. If I don't, I trade it in. It's simple. Just to show how people are different, I think the best football game ever made to date is not Madden, and not 2K5, but 2K4 is the best ever. "in my opinion"

also this is just placed up so people can stop making threads like the ones that have been closed but like i said before i know i may be criticized this but this is my last thread posting on here in the APF forums mainly because this here is what its all about. and there is no need to put more unnecessary threads up here about the same thing much like what is done here and on EA threads i just figure to give the truth. i normally dont explaint myself for things like this but since its almost drawing near to june and stuff might as well. so if you read it and think its good fine with me. i just don't care for the unnecessary stuff so w/e on the rest if you saw the truth in it thats all. peace
