What are you going to base your team on?

Like Greg says in his interviews, are you going all out offense/defense...pass/run game. balenced?

In ESPN NFL 2K5, i used the Vikings (i'm from MN) and I love my team. The problem was that I didn't like Moss and always used him for trade bait (online leagues). I usually got some sort of deal where I would a decent receiver and a very good secondary corner/saftey. I knew I had Bennett (94spd 80agi), a very good offensive line and a good quality core of receivers. I need defense so getting a CB was always good or a second saftey.

In All Pro Football 2K8, I know we don't know how exactly it works yet, but my guess is that I would get (1st draft choice) an All Pro running back...followed by offensive linemen. The QB might be one of the last positions I draft because passing just isn't that important (not a fan of the deep ball anymore).

But seriously, and this is coming from a niners fan, Id Rice and Marino had played their careers together, Rice records would be even better and Marino would have a few super bowls. i think the first time i do it... im going to get my freinds together and get a case or two of beer and just draft guys that i had would have fun playing with then when i see what you need to play the game.(like what the game tends to favor speed power ect.. just how valueable ol and dl are) but i think that i will get o line first than use some colorful players like boz, okoye, butkus, night train, or whoever i get. my fantisy drafts allways suck when im drinking anyways

Offensively my team will be built around Thuman Thomas, one of the most versatile (and underrated) running backs ever IMO. I'd build my defense around Deacon Jones, since there's no Bruce Smith, and he'd anchor a rugid 3-4 defense.

I will also go with the Eagles original colors which were actually yellow and blue. They will be wearing those throwbacks on Sept. 23 when the Lions come to Philly. It is the Eagles 75th anniversary this year, and on their site they have info & stats on all their legends. They even have some old video clips of the games. The same time Philly will be celebrating their legends, so will I. There is no way to express how excited I am to have my 2k football back; I have been a fan since the beginning.
