That really doesn't look like a LB but I know Ken Norton Jr. would do the whole gun shooting thing after a sack or a TFL. Or, it could just be one of the random players (made up name) in the game.

I hope they have all the Signature moves in a menu somewhere with the names of the guys who made the moves famous. That way I can at least know who did that stuff!!
It would take forever to research all the moves and find out who did what.
