How do u score on Pro? I killed the computer at rookie and then moved to pro and started a franchise... and in 4 games I only have 4 goals... Anyone have any advice for me? Thanks

You have to actually aim your shots ^_^

...and set-up one-timers, deflections, etc.

oh yeah...and REBOUNDS. lol those are how I get 80% of my goals :)

Is there an echo in here....just kiddin :) The best way is to aim...I score alot of my goals on slapshots. I bring the puck inside the zone then cut to the center and bring the stick back for the slapshot wait a few seconds and then the defense will screen the goalie alot...and goal...and also like Jolts said...AIM :lol:

I stink at this game too. When everyone else is on Hall of Famer, I'm on Pro still.......hehe.

I'm on Pro now, because All Star is just too hard. I have a good set of sliders, tell me if you want them....

I had a good set of sliders before, but then I started to dislike them, so I went back to the basics, and am having TONS O FUN! :o

last night i played with flyers at home vs the NY islanders, i totally owned them on the ice, the shots ended with 55-15 in my favor, but the score was still 1-1, and 29 of my 55 shots where one timers! i try to deke the goalie both with the "deke goalie" button and "manually" by moving left-right before i shoot, still the keeper grabs every puck!!!

im finding it hard to aim my shots with the joystick on the PS2, id much rather play with the d pad and change my lines and all that with the stick... but since i cant have it that way, ive been playing with automatic aiming, are you telling me that i have to aim manually with the stick in order to put the puck in the net??

so far ive played my franchise through october and november (about 25 games i think) and only scored about 40 goals! needless to say, im not in the top spot in my conference....

1 timers and dekes is what i score with, a couple slap shots from the point work, but not often
