You guys need to know that these websites like allgames have to get paid.

And right now, EA needs a way to stop the hype that is APF2k8.

EA knows they are in trouble. Just look at the EA forum, its dead.

Some of the comments made by the people in allgames is weird.

They're basically bashing the game. This is a new game coming out. They do not seem excited about it? I dont know, it is weird how they are not excited. They actually think the crappy Madden the last 2 years was good?

It is very bias.

And all they can talk about is the graphics. Graphics does not make a game, its the gameplay!

If anything, all games made me much more excited from the game .. they really helped me get away from this hype nonsense and helped me realize that APF will be enjoyable to me

Hey dude, you musta heard something than I did. They didnt dog APF out at all. They said alot of good things about it as well as some negative too. The things they said bad was that it was using the old 2k5 engine and the graphics were not next-gen. Every time someone says somthing negative about this game people have a fit or something. I like 2k football, but after watching the trailer, the graphics look ok, nothing great. These guys at allgames told it like it is, if you liked 2k5, you will love this game, but it will be hard for guys that like nfl games might not want this game. I will get this game, but not for $60. It will be on ebay that day for $30 or $40 bucks.

I disagree with your topic thread but I agree that the comments form those doo.chies were kinda weird...Maybe these guys never really played 2k5...I want to hear an impression from maybe IGN or Operationsports first...How can you say the game plays like an actual football game and still have a problem with it?...I could care less about anything outside of actual gameplay...That is what is fulfilling...Madden 08 is an ugly chick with very pretty clothes and a lot of makeup...

This is complete garbage. I am as big of a 2k fan as anyone on here. I love my NFL 2k5 and miss it more everyday. This interview actually hyped me up because I felt the guys were honest. Plain and simple. If you love 2k5, this is your game. They said those words. I love 2k5, this game is for me.

If you are a 2k football fan, this game will not dissapoint.

Its not that deep...EA can pay a reviewer or anyone to praise their games a little more than they naturally or not so naturally would, but they're not going around paying off folks or making deals for people to slander the competition.
