I'm in my 6th year at UCLA and I have won the campionship the last four years. I play on open difficulty MOP, I play not sim. I seem to only be able to recruit 4*s, I have only gotten 5*s. Any idea how to get great recruits?

start contactin them early, like their somphmore yr, i recomment their freshman yr. when they come jr. put the top 15 in intrest on your contact list. u can do that but pressing start on the recruit. email them and call all of them every week. attend the vc allstars came. but sim it. i also try loosin a game or 2 durin the season cause the season i lost 6 games(on purpose, i sim), i landed five 5 star recruits but all other seasons was undefeated or lost one game.
if u contact them every day. by time they are a senior, their intrest should be 80% or above, a couple will be close to a 100% cause they main priority is feeling wanted. and those are the ones u want. when u contact them. seomtime, u get a boost of 2 percent.. hope that help
