Well it was pretty good, I enjoyed it more then Madden 2004, I cna say that much. But it goes without saying that it could have been a lot, and I mean a HELL lot better.

You can basically select a run play the whole time on offence and get alteast 8 or 9 years or a first down, every four sets of downs.

The roster's you download aren't even allowed in online play, and that just takes the fun out of donwloading a roster!! lol

I can't wait till 2005 comes around, but intill then, I guess ESPN is my number one football video game........

I voted its good but coulda been better.

During the first 2 weeks is the only time I've really seen any online problems. The past 4 weeks I've only had maybe a handful of divergence. I believe that SEGA is doing all they can, working with a shotty system, like the PS2 an Xbox. (can you tell I miss playing my Dreamcast?)

I'm going to make my own wish list in the next few weeks, but I think alot more people would have jumped the Madden ship if we had access to view other players "Cribs" while online. If Sega takes 'The Crib' Idea online next year... WATCH OUT ea.

Yo Onyx PS2 servers? I think the servers are owned be sega. The xbox fanboyism once again has to come out of you and take a cheap shot at Sony LOL. All good though. I too own an XBOX but I got the game on PS2 cuz the online leagues are ridiculously awesome.

yeah, its a good game but it has alot of flaws that need to be fixed. Im pretty sure everyone here know's of the flaws and want them fixed just as much as the other person. Graphics look pretty good and its much better than madden 2004 b/c....... its Made by sega :?

I was a Madden fan and even bought 2004. After my game continued to freeze up after year 5, I decided to give ESPN a go. I am so "freakin" happy that I did!! My sons are happy too & enjoy playing the 1st person games

i love it, but it's not perfect. the online problems don't affect cuz i don't play online... yet. but even then, i have an xbox. the game is better on xbox anyway.

This game is great but it coulda been alot better this yr than its predecessors. They fixed certain things from last yr and didn't fix enough this yr and in the process, screwed some stuff up. For ex, they fixed the celebrations a bit so if you show boat(?) too much you'll fumble when you get hit ,but they screwed with the pursuit angles and sent em straight to hell. i hate when 2 of my defenders are chasing someone and then 1 of em falls down out of nowhere???? they coulda atleast added a hurdle animation on defense instead of that fall down crap (would have been much much better).
