What's your style of play?

What's up my 2k brothers??!!! Hope everybody's enjoying the clips so far getting ready for that day. Since APF 2k8 is coming out soon, I just wanna know, what's your flavor and I ain't talking Popeyes. I'm talkin about what style of play do you guys go with when on the gridiron. Are you more on the defensive or offensive? Do you run most of the time or pass? Do you stack the line or are you balanced? I myself am balanced straight down the middle on defense, offense and special teams. If this has been posted before, please forgive me, I didn't know. Well, like the listeners that call in on the radio, I'm just going hang up and listen. Holla!! :)

im more of a blitz defense, and i run more then pass, cuz i hate seeing interceptions, so for all u ppl who bomp the ball every single play have fun having a 9 interception game LOL

I'm a defensive guy, i play conservative though, i don't blitze much, but when i do it's effective. Offense is more of a run game, i'm a big runner that like to run people over. And i pass only to rest my running back.

I like defense. Multiple schemes covering a wide range of formations. Mostly man coverage with blitzes thrown in. On offense I run or try to run about 55-60% of the time. When I pass, 60% of the passes go to my backs, I like long methodical drives.

I like to have my Offense spread 65% Run and 35% Pass. This usually depends on the team I am playing, though.

On Defense I typically play a Cover 1 and Blitz at one LB every time. This also depends on the team I am playing. If I am going up against a few good WRs I will tend to blitz less and play in a solid zone or double up and double cover some WRs...

Offensive with draws up the middle and short / medium passes to the tight ends. Around 50/50 pass/run.

Offense: Run with Payton, and do some playaction with Cunningham. Maybe a bootleg or two. Passing; keep the passes to around 10-15 yards I'll let my wideouts create some plays.

Defense: Run stopping, Some blitzing to keep the opposing QB honest. Singletary and The Fridge will help with that task

I'll have a pretty conservative offense with a little west coast thrown in to keep the LBs on their toes.

All I know is that I'm going to have a s**tload of fun with this game.

Offense: Run it run it, with either earl campbell or emmitt smith. Still have a pretty awesome passing game, using Unitas as my QB. Also some screens and short passes to backs or andre reed. And every now and then a bomb to rocket ismail. I contemplated using a gold pick on defense, but with a gold qb and hb, i have a good pass and run threat

Defense: I like to blitz a lot with linebackers and db, which shouldnt be a problem with tatum and harry carson. Probably a 3-4 with fridge in the middle and dexter manley on one of the ends.

My experience with online football is people pass first...pass again...then pass some more!!!!!

I have not played alot of online football, but I would like to run more than pass....but that all depends on your opponent....and the score.

Yeah, it seems like the general population is leaning towards a rushing O. Ball control seems to be the order of the day. We'll see if this remains the same in two weeks. I don't know how people can resist passing to Rice, but it seems the running game is what everyone is talking about.

I will have Barry but my team will be a pass oriented on offense.

My D will be ball hawking(sp?). If you pass to Jerry Rice you will he will be injured or you will be picked off.

I play a lot of zone myself. But I do mix it up with man and maybe some blitzes. Barely blitzes cause there's always risk when blitzing. I use every formation according to what look the offense gives me then I take it from there. Yep!!

Offense: Silver versatile RB..ricky watters type....go bronze for my speed reciever, possession wr/TE ..game manager type QB, and O-lineman

I luv to run up the middle. None of that east west running for me. I would say i run 55% percent of the time and pass 45%. I luv to mix it up with a playaction long bomb once in a while but most of my passes are quick slants or outs to get solid yardage.
ON Defence i run a 4-3 and love to play cover 2 man and mix it in with some sone blitzes. IM an interception machine who luvs to keep the QB scared and guessing with fake blitzes.

Shut Down D as always...... and then on offense i start our running all the time, untill the other team has to move players up to stop the run, then i open up the play action and from there i slowly switch to 50/50 run pass
